Fino Payments Bank initiated the campaign ‘Fino Matlab Fikar Not’ which featured Mr. Pankaj Tripathi to target the unbanked and under-banked audience in Tier 2 and in Tier 3 location. The campaign had its backbone in television commercials and other online platforms as it aimed to create awareness about Fino products/services.

Challenges

  2. To grow bill payments through the Fino app, offers on the primary price were introduces to get shopping vouchers.
  3. Implemented rewards and offers to reinforce balance addition in the Fino app.
  4. Customised and localised advertising strategies to increase performance of the present market segments.

Result

The campaign was very successful and won the ‘The Best digital strategy and campaign for a financial services enterprise’ award in the Drivers of Digital Awards and Summit (D.O.D). This recognition underlines the potency of the approach through which the bank utilises technology to reach out to customers in second as well as third areas.
